lo! the very fact that people defy the logic and go for the belief shows that truth can defy even logic but still exist. if the belief can exist without logic why not other things can exist but still defy logic? that itself is an undeniable logic

The fact that people believe God died for them. Mind you, God did not die. But the fact that people believe he did defies logic and the fact that they insist he did is still truth.

That many fundies hold the opinions they do.
As in " He believes that? It difies all logic"
" Yup but he believes it anyway"
Of course it says nothing about the truth of the undelying belief.

Beauty
Bravery (not counting those times one is brave for family)
Light - suprisingly, scientists have found that light can defy logic, it bends around corners and responds to stimuli.
And of course, God :)

Truth ...
“...is the opposite of lies.”
“...is to tell the truth.”
“...differs from person to person.”
“...what is truth but what we believe to be truth?”
“I don't believe that there's one truth. There are so many different people, and there are so many different ways you can look at things. I don't see how there could be just one truth.”

It is important that mercy have no reasons, certainly no public reasons. That's why the Executive (Governor, President, etc.), or the monarch, for example, never give reasons for showing mercy.
