Your doctor can freeze or burn them off.
Drugstores carry items for burning or freezing them off too.
When I got rid of a wart on my finger and wrist, I used a type of band-aid that drugstores carry. It had a wart-removing medicine on it and it got rid of warts fast.

I had one on my hand for about 2 years. I used the acid liquid that they sell in shops. (there are many different brands it depends where you are. Ask the pharmacist). They're easy to find but not very effective. The best thing to do is to use that and scrape at it a lot. I also used the scholl spray bottle. Its a very cold substance that you put the wart for a few seconds. It weakens it. No treatment works on its own really. You really have to rub the wart with something like a nail file. Dont give up when you think its gone. You have to keep going for a while or it will fight back.

They make some chemicals which the say work, but I have my doubts. Check your local pharmacy.
The only plantars wart I ever managed to get rid of was an accident. I had the bone in my leg broken, sticking out, and when it healed and a scab came off, off came a wart that was on that spot, root and all. I was thrilled!

What I did is I tore off the top of my wart then put apple vinegar on it. It hurt so bad but I did that then wrapped it in duck tape. My warts were gone in a week

Don't laugh untill you have tryed this. Have someone tye a strong sewing thread tightly around the wart and leave it, in about 7 days the wart will be gone. Another is you can rub a green snap bean on it, and it will go away.

There is OTC medications that can get rid of it. However, if it that doesn't work go to your doctor... he/she can either prescribe a med(i think) or freeze it off. Now, if it more than that-see a doc.

FYI-its caused by a virus

OTC medications do help get rid of it. However, it's better to just leave it alone. But if it's very irratation, that's why we have OTC medications.
