for use in helping cancer paitents. All other no. It is a drug and the long term effects are still unsure. And it will not effect everyone the same. And yes I did smoke in my younger days and it effected my hormones thus making my depression worse.

Only for medicinal purposes-like terminal cancer patients. Some states already do this, some still consider if a felony.

Only for Cancer patients who need it for medical perscription. Otherwise you are asking for trouble. Taking any drug without the perscription being written out to you is also illegal drug use.

Just my two sense.
