Or will it all blend in? The room was painted about a week ago and I am touching up with the exact same paint. I have to touch up because I had to sand certain areas where the roller shedded a lot of hair...That's Value rollers for you!

It will blend in perfectly. It may look a mess when wet but it will change to the exact shade of the existing paint when dry. In fact today I had to get some paint mixed to match an area of wall painted a couple of years ago.Even after so long it's impossible to see the join. Good luck and I hope this helps. BTW get a decent roller this time!

I have just finished painting my whole interior house with white emulsion, and had to go back to parts that I missed or didn't give them enough paint. I ran out of paint and went back to the shop for more and I saw Dulux white emulsion that goes on pink but dries white, the answer to my prayers. I'm not sure if this is available in colours other than white, but if you are painting in white it's a godsend. And it's false economy to buy cheap rollers as I'm sure you now realise.

Cheap Paint cheap equipment allways costs more in the long run, but if the Paint is good quality? it should not matter, but do paint well over the patchy bits extend the area dont just cover the patch paint twice as big as the patch. ( I'm A retired Decorater)
