Well God said he was coming, and Jesus did, why should we not believe him when he says he is coming again?

He never lied about anything else.
He said they would crucify Him, and they crucified Him.
He said He would rise again from the dead, and He rose again from the dead.
He said He would send the Holy Spirit from heaven, and He sent the Holy Spirit from heaven.
He said "for I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also." (John 14:2,3)

We don't know for sure that he actually ever said that. Christians believe he did because the book they worship makes that claim.

Jesus didn't lie. He said it and it happened. All that Jesus said before He was put on the cross happened.
