there is no need to consume fat free foods. fat free foods are highly processed, the fat intake is either removed or reduce and replaced with sugar which is worst for most people as a higher than average level of body fat already tells of a glucose metabolism disorder.

consuming fat in the diet doesn't make a person fat and reducing all fat from the diet surely doesn't accelerate fat loss. the body must have sufficient amounts of each macronutrient group to function at optimum levels.

Let me just say, that if it's fat free.... then it isn't carb free. To tell ya the truth, they are both going straight to the hips!! I feel that it doesn't matter what you eat, it's how you eat. I learned that. I eat out everyday...literally, and I have went from a 24 to a 16 in 8 months just by cutting out soda and only eating til I wasn't hungry, rather than til I was stuffed. But if you really want fat free, just look for the label on the product. It is usually written pretty big, right on the front.

There are a lot of fat free foods like sugar free jello, fat free milk, diet soda, etc. Just be careful you look at the nutrition label for carbs, saturated fat, and how much sugar is in it. You want a low number for all of them.
