This has happened to me. If you know for sure that she has more kittens, you need to get her to a vet.

That happened with my cat. They said if I hadn't gotten her there when I did, she could've died. They found a ball of dead kittens inside her and in a few days the infection would've killed her.

Go to the vet immediatley.

Cats can have more than one pouch of kittens. Each pouch can have a different father. That's why a batch of kitten can have kittens that look so different. She can get impregnated several times when she is in heat. One of her pouches was ready - kind of like your water breaking - her other pouch or pouches are just not quite ready yet. It is not unusual to have their kittens a day or so apart. Many people have watched their cat have kittens, gone to bed and the next day discovered more kittens. If she seems ok, just wait. If she seems to be in more distress then when she had her first one, get her in to the vet.

Hurry her to a vet!! If it's been 7 hours, they are probably blocked. Call the vet to let them know you're coming, too. You can call on the way to save time. Good Luck, and i hope you get her there ok.

My guess would be, to wait 24 hours and if nothing happens, you best make the one hour trip. If this is her first litter, she mite only have one kitten. If she has dead kittens inside her, they should still born. I've seen cats birth for more than 24 hours, but usually producing one kitten every few hours. Good luck.
