have purchased focus with this sport suspension
seems very hard and i feel every bump is this normal
or is it me??

Quite simply, yes! Sports suspension works like this: by dropping the ride height, beefing up the springs and reducing the level of damping and suspension travel, you get a car that will corner far better than the standard equipment would allow. The trade off though is ride quality. Assuming that the suspension has been set up correctly and isn't stupidly low to the ground, feeling more of the road is quite normal. I had a Honda CRX with SPAX coilovers fitted, and while sometimes i just wanted to drive a normal car, 99% of the time i just wanted to drive to cars new ability, ie going around corners much quicker!!

Totally normal as sports suspension is naturally stiffer giving a harsher ride but better handling. Its a trade off between both, as you cant have both.

It's just you. Sports suspension is supposed to be harder but sharper handling. If you can't take it, install softer suspension.
