Does anyone know how take the HCG shot?

Question

Anyone know how to mix the HCG shot( water and powder) and apply the shot? I've got a few and really need help.
Any help would be great, Thanks.

mix the powder and solvent together and swirl briefly and gently. wipe the top of the vial with a cotton ball dipped in alcohol. draw out the dosage that you are using, hopefully you have insulin needles as they are painless. go to either the right or left of the navel about an inch and clean off a small area with another cotton ball with alcohol. gently pinch some body fat between the fingers in the area that was just cleaned and insert the insulin needle and inject. clean off the site and resume your day
