Well, it's possible at your young age, it might be acceptable in 10 or so years-when you would be applying.
As ALOPILOT mentioned you'll have to endure 5-7G's during initial training, regardless of what weapon system you end up in.
I would get better first, then worry about your career. You might also investigate the Army for helicopters, and see what their requirements are.

u should really go to a chiropractor to see what is wrong 1) it sounds like your in a lot of pain and your only 13 2) it may be a correctable problem so you will pass the physical also maybe ask your doctor for a blood test to see what vitamin deficiencies you may have...it could be a nutritional related problem.....ignore lessgov2007 you probably do not have the same issue..if his brother has it too it is probably a genetic disorder if you really don't feel comfortable go to a back specialist first and see what the problem is then go to a chiropractor to see what he can do with the diagnosis

If you're going to be worried about this or that "hurting" you might as well forget about the military. They LIKE it when you feel pain. They dole out pain every time you turn around. Dig this hole here, then dig a hole over there and fill in the other hole with the dirt you got out of the second hole. Then fill in the second hole with dirt from the first hole. Go around and pick up cigarette butts. Then have a smoke. Pull the plane out of the hangar with your bare teeth and a 2X4 with nails in it. If you're not feeling enough pain they'll just come over and kick ya to make sure you still feel pain. Or jab you with another hypodermic needle. "What is it?" you'll ask. "nothing" they'll answer, "just a needle so we're sure you still feel pain". When you finally get to fly they'll ask if the harness strapping you in is tight enough, and you'll tell them you think so. "Not causing you any PAIN is it?" "OH no, feels fine!". Then they'll tighten er up another 5 inches or so so you can't breathe. When you start to turn blue they'll figure it's OK.

bad back ? best to know the cause of it. see a doctor who will refer you to a specialist - just a massage probably will feel good but you could need more than that. When I was 13 I had lower back injury from high jumping and grew out of it but I did see a doctor and followed his instructions until the pain went away.

i am sorry dude...the first thing they check at the airforce is ur back! it should be very strong able to withstand all the manoeuvres and G-forces...In case of emergency ejection the G-force might reach 8!at that levels even the strongest of backs might snap!...however...u can try ur hand at being a commercial airline pilot...

If it's bad now, it's doubtful you'll pass the physical you'll need to join up.

But that's way in the future. Get your back well first. You'll need it for everything, not just air force. See doctor / chiropractor.

You cant be an airforce pilot if your back hurts at a constant 1G, you will have to endure 5-7G's as an airforce pilot...

It's worth trying but, I doubt it. I have back problems too which, started at age 10. I failed the physical without even getting the physical. What ever you do don't go to a chiropractor because, they usually don't x-ray or inspect and just start fooling around. My brother who shares same prob as me ended up having surgery after seeing a chiropractor.
