Does any of the above out there also have a pinching feeling in their lower back to one side of their spine. I can still do Squats and Deadlifts at the moment and was wondering if this has caused it, as it doesn't go away.
I would really like to hear your views.

My view is you better see a doctor... That could be a compressed, crushed, or otherwise damaged disc... It could actually be very serious. See a doctor, and stop lifting until you have. I can't stress the importance of this enough. I had the same thing, kept lifting, and had a worse problem because I did. If I had stopped and gone to a doctor, I could still do things I used to do. NOT A CHIROPRACTOR!!! You probably need a Neurologist. Good luck, take care, stop lifting until you get checked.

Sounds to me like youve pulled a muscle in your back which if done during exercise can be very painfull. you probally wanna stop doing exercises like squats and sit ups for a while give your back a rest. Also when your recoverd get a powerlifting belt, they help stop back injuries.

Sounds like sciatica, give your back muscles a rest for a few days and see if it goes away. If not, see a doctor.
