It has nothing to do with age, and everything to do with skin undertones, face shape and texture of your hair. Go to a salon and ask for a consultation. Most of the time they are free because they want to get your business !

Keep it simple. Although 80's styles are back, they will end up making a non-teenager look like a cougar if you go with high bangs and a shaggy style. Sleek or layed with some nice highlights is always nice.

a graduating bob. eva longoria got one in late 2006, and lucy liu has one too on ugly betty. to get a picture to give to your stylist person, google for a recent pic of eva longoria. the haircut is very cute!

layered hair... then highlight it to accent your face. i think shoulder hair makes you younger too... long hair isnt just for us... its easier to manage and layered shoulder loook is always easy to style like blow drying it flipped :)
