I think of QUINCY JONES!!!! We have been calling him "Q" since the beginning of time. He is one of the greatest musicians, producers and all around wise-men in this industry and beyond. He has helped and encouraged so many musicians along the way and has befriended more people than he will ever know. I met him when I was a part of the HUGE CHORUS of people he directed in HANDELS' MESSIAH - A SOULFUL CELEBRATION in which artists that I used to promote were invited to participate. He was an absolute GENIUS!!! And who can forget Michael Jackson's "Off the Wall" - the all time best album he ever recorded. When I hear "Q" - I think: Quincy Jones (Patti Austin and The Brothers Johnson also make me think of Quincy)
