33 adults we'll say half is female, half male..
17 females each eat about 3 pieces of fish...
16 males each eat about 5 pieces of fish..
51+80= 131
10 kids each eat about 2 pieces
131+20=151
Babies don't eat fish
151+0=151
2 teens each eat 3
151+6=157

157 is close to 160 pieces of fish

well it depends the 2 babies will eat two small ones the teens well if there guys they'll eat till the cows come home but about 16 total for them 2-9 the 2-5 will have 4 or 5 bites while 6-9 will have 7 bites and the adults how much will you eat times by 33 so aproimate the bites per gallon and add about 50 bites. then figure how much else you'll need remember you might want drinks and more than fish but im sure you know that or and easier way for the fish is how many does it suggest for a serving times by 57 people total your going to have alot of fun and i hope it all works out good luck
best of my wishes

You've got 48 cups of fish.
I've put on fish fries and some people can eat a cup full, and that's it! Others can eat the entire 3 gallons alone. So, If you serve a portion of 1 cup to adults and teens, then that should be enough to feed the kiddies 1/4 cup each.

If you have pigs in your family I would consider another gallon. I presume you are adding cole slaw, corn on the cob, baked beans, french fries, hush puppies, rolls, drink, and dessert.. The more side dishes you have the less fish everyone will consume. Go over board on the dessert, that's what the kiddies want, not the fish.
Don't forget the ketchup, malt vinegar, and tartar sauce.
Hey! Got enough room for one more?

Hmm, basically I'd go with 47 people (even though the babies won't have fish probably), and consider 6 oz. per person, then take that times 1.5. That'll give you an idea of the weight of the amount of fish you'll need.

If there are tons of side dishes, you might be able to just get away with 6 oz. per person.

I think u would rather have too much than not enough so u might wanna buy a little more just to be safe or buy fries and hush puppies to make up for not having enough fish if they have full plates then maybe they wont have room for second's
