Ask your stylist to cut all the split ends off.
Some people don't do it, but you'll find someone.

You Shoulden't Need to Condition So Much, Your Hair May Have "CUTICLE LOCK" (Like "Vapor Lock") From Conditioner Overload Which Locks Out Moisture (Water) From Getting Inside The Hair So, Hair Feels Dry And Stiff. You Should Try Using A "CLARIFYING SHAMPOO" To Remove The Residue.

Get your hair trimmed often to get rid of the split ends.
Use a regular clarifying or volumizing shampoo, your hair might be wayed down so it can't bounce. The roughness might be damage like from a hair dryer or something. Use a deep moisturizing conditioner like Pantene Hydrating Curls Hydrating Mask.
If you do blow dry it, try to let it dry naturally as long as you can (to reduce damage), and then blow dry it.

my hair does the same thing as well. You should buy dry and damaged shampoo to help. Always get your hair trim every 4-6 months so you don't have split ends. You shouldn't wash your hair every day either because that drys out your hair as well. You should go to a professional hair dresser and they will provide you with the right product for your hair, it helped me.

This is the product I use once a week: got2b SoSmooth for healthy hair with a smooth attitude, one minute EMERGENCY REPAIR CREME, soy protein conditioning treatment 4: dry, coarse, damaged hair, reconstructs, stops breakage.
Have your hair trim regularly, do not blow dry your hair to a COMPLETE dry, maybe only 80% dry.
