Like in example, using homemade porducts for taking care of your skin, hair, nairs etc. and other simple tips :) I heard The Body Book: Recipes for Natural Body Care by Anne Akers Johnson was a good one....anymore?

There are so many books on natural remedies out there there's one called 'Natural Remedies just ask Dr Weir' but their really are so many I would suggest you go to your local library and look in the health and medicine section you should find everything your looking for. Those kind of books to buy outright are really expensive that's why i reckon the library is a good start for sure. That's a really cool interest you've got there good on you!

Eat wisely, get at least 8 hrs. of sleep, exercise, and drink plenty of h2o.
And always use a good moisturizer w/sunscreen!
