Comparatively yeah. Eve's got the pains of child birth to deal with. Adam did have to toil though

No, neither got off "easy". Both died spiritually that day and would some day be promised a temporal death. They were driven from the Garden and God's presence and Adam would be required to work by the sweat of his brow in the fallen creation amoung the thorns and thistles he caused to be there. Eve would have pain in childbirth and be in persuite of her husbands love. They would watch the world and the changes they caused and know that for all time...pain, death, suffering and being separate from God would be because of that one sin. All their children living in a fallen world....their childrens children down the line ...all the while knowing what they did to their babies. How sad.

Yep, yep yep. They both got death (to whomever said Adam got death). Oh, wait, is that when they invented circumcision? I'm guessing Adam would have really disliked that part. But no, that was just once and obviously he was left with working parts after that so it wasn't fatal. Yep, Eve got the short end of the stick on that deal.
And come to think of it, I'm not sure immortality is all it's cracked up to be. People seem eventually to succumb to chronic and debilitating diseases if they live long enough. You want to live *forever* with arthritis? Dementia?

well when they got kicked out of the garden of Eden. Adam had to do something he had never had to do before. WORK! and it was hard and he had to learn how to do this things to stay alive and he had to worry about his family. Imagine going from Paradise to poverty and knowing you ruined it for generations

I'm not so sure about that. Adam lost his chance to live forever. He was also kicked out of the garden. So, he had to go out and take care of himself and his wife.

No, Both of them were disobedient to God & the result is the fallen condition of the world we now live in. That is why the human spirit groans & prays for Gods return in the form of His Son Jesus. When He returns the New Earth & Heaven will be established, & the worlds curse will be removed............... The grace of the Lord Jesus be with god's people...Amen....<>< <><

He was given death. He would still be alive right now if he did not sin. And non of the chaos and confusion you the world is seeing would exist.
