IF YOU WANT YOUR DOG TO BARK IN THE HOUSE, GIVE HIM A TREAT WHEN HE BARKS AND THEN YOU SHOULD SAY THE WORD SPEAK AND THEN WHEN THIS HAPPENS ALOT HE WILL KNOW THAT YOU WANT HIM TO BARK. THEN YOUR DOG WILL BE HOUSE BARKED.

If you want to know how to house break your dog, rephrase the question and you'll get better answers.

House BARK???? do you mean you are trying to house BREAK him?? if thats what you mean you may want to try piddle pads or the like they are thin pads with a special scent that attracts the dog to them to use the bathroom you can start them out say in the kitchen and move them closer to the door til he learns that he must go outside if to go to the bathroom

Try bell training. Tie a small bell to the doorknob at puppy nose level. When you take him out, try to point at the bell and get him to sniff it. As soon as the bell makes noise, praise and take outside. Soon he should learn to ring the bell on his own to go out.
Keep in mind he's still very young. Take him out every two hours and also whenever you notice him sniffing around like he has to go. Don't leave the pup unsupervised ever. The more supervision, the more chances you have to catch him in the act and correct him directly.

Crate training. the formula for max. time in the crate is months old +1 x 1hr. Your guy can be in his kennel (with his bedding) for 5hours already.
