There is no gender in Heaven. God created humans male and female, not the angels. The angels are part of God's Heavenly Host. We were created male and female for reasons of procreation. There is no need to be fruitful and multiply in Heaven.

People can choose to impart any sex one wishes to angels. Visit the Stanford tomb at Stanford University (just off University Avenue, a quarter mile or so past El Camino Real, on the right) to see some interesting examples.

The guy angels are the general workers that we see while the girl angels sit in the office upstairs calling the shots... Just like real life!

I don't understand. One minute Christians are crying and screaming that the Sodom and Gomorrah story is about homosexuality, then the next minute they say angels have no gender. If the angels are genderless then how can it be about homosexuality? The story either has to do with mob rape or bestiality (angels are not human), it cannot have anything to do with homosexuality if angels are genderless.

Angels aren't supposed to be of any sex, so why they always have male names and appear in biblical pictures as male is beyond me.

there's no such thing as an angel with a gender.
remember, when we get to Heaven, we won't be angels. We'll be souls.
Angel's aren't humans like us.
