I am doing a project at school and want to know what an average serving size is.. if you guys fail to provide an answer I will be forced to conduct my own investigation.. :)
i know it can differ from person to person but a ball park figure will help

1 cap full. the cap on top of the mouthwash bottle, like listerine or scope

About a quarter of a cup, a mouthful, or a cap full. A serving size for that would be what you should use in a day. If that doesn't answer it yes you should research yourself, especially if it's for school.
