Okay..so im planning on getting a tattoo at the end of may and i want it inbetween my shoulder blades in the middle of my back, kinda big..not HUGE but anyway... i want something elegant, sleek, and classy...my friend has the exact tattoo i want but ofcourse i cant do the same thing..so i need something a little different but just as elegant and classy and so on... she has a peacock feather and i LOVE it! the colors and everything! my skin tone is olive, so i would want something with teal, darker colors.... please help me with some ideas!!!

Unless anyone else has a nice place to put an elegant tattoo i'm open to suggestions...i have one on the top of my foot...and i DONT want the tramp stamp!

i know exactly what you mean about wanting classy, i wanted something classy but bold and big, so i am in the process of getting a pair of wings covering my back, but i went with black and gray wash so that it looks more elegant, im not much for colors. but having olive skin tone, you will definately hold colors very very well. i recommend always creating something of your own, even if you like an idea or picture, change it and modify it to meet your criteria, so that its not like anyone elses, and if you cant draw very well or need help changing something, you can always take it to a tat shop and they can help you draw pretty much anything. good luck....

start looking through art books or on the internet fot certain things you like.without knowing you i cant really make a suggestion.it should however be something thats fits your personality.if u like the feathers get them in different colors.personally i dont know what you would consider to be an "elegant"tattoo either.good luck in your search.just try to be original!!

You can do something elegant like angel wings, a flower with a wispy stem, a bird, or an abstract design. Try searching out some websites for ideas.

A tattoo doesn't determine class or elegance. The person themself determines that.

I went for "classy" and "simple" my artist is basically a genious. :)
I'm really musically inclinded (singing, violin for 10 years..etc.)
