There is no water leaks so why are they there? I repainted one of my bathroom walls and they didn't come back. Did someone get them wet when cleaning home before I moved into it?

you didn't prime it, so repaint with the same color again and the thickness will hide the strips

Sounds like the painters were in a hurry and a bit sloppy. That can happen when you rush a job. You may have to repaint the walls to remove the streaks. I had to do the same.

In many new homes, the painters only paint one coat and then they're done. It probably just needs a second coat of paint.

they are roler marks have to repaint
