You mean 2 sets of dogs mating? Or 2 males mating the same female?

The best way to tell if a mating was successfully is to wait 9 weeks and see if you have any puppies. Puppies can be born and have different fathers, so if a female breeds with two males you will probably get puppies father by each male.

You can have both sires DNA tested through AKC, ($40)and then have each puppy tested as well, and send to AKC ($50) They will match with sires, and tell you which sire was father to each puppy.
Otherwise, there is no way to tell, besides just guessing. Pups can't (legitimately) be registered unless you opt for the DNA testing.

One female can be mated to more than one dog

Either or both. One female can become impregnated by two males. They release several eggs and each is individually fertilized by whatever sperm is present, and if there were two males, some eggs can get fertilized by either one. Breed clubs will usually not register dual sired litters.

irresponsible backyard breeder...... get your dog spayed NOW and they can abort the puppies too... when breeding you need to carefully choose the stud dog,, make sure he has had all appropriate health screenings for his breed and do the same for your dog - all this done after they both have finished showing in the breed ring..
