I will be eternally grateful to anyone who can CONVERT MY SHEET MUSIC INTO A MIDI FILE!?

PLEASE!
I am auditioning for a very important choir in a few days, and I am trying to convert this sheet music into a midi file to practice with.
Would anyone be so generous as to convert it for me and send me the midi?
I would be SO thankful!!!!
I already have scanned the sheet music...
