If you have been feeling sick for a couple of weeks you really should see a doctor and get checked out. There can be many reasons for nausea from pregnancy, overindulgence, viruses, side effects of medication, to something more serious. Better safe than sorry.

In the meantime chamomile tea is calming, or peppermint tea, barley water. Ginger is also good for nausea.
Steer clear of any acidic or spicy foods, and stick to bland stuff for a while. Good old fashioned porridge made with water, served with a little skimmed milk and not too much sugar I find helpful.
You could also try deep breathing, yoga or meditation to help you to relax.

Take a towel and dip it in cool water, then wrap it around your neck. Make sure it's wet especially at the parts that touch the back of your neck, and the front of your neck. Then lie down for awhile, and you should begin to feel better.

Pepto Bismol is usually the best. If you can't bear the thought of drinking it, I know they make Pepto Bismol in pill form now.

Sometimes it's good to drink Sprite or 7up and eat crackers.
