Honestly, you have not given enough info on either guys' personalities. My choice would be either Guy 2 or Guy 3 based solely on the fact that Guy 1 is a liar. What women want to know about is how a guy will treat them - drinking and smoking are important to some extent but there are many men who don't drink and smoke and still beat their girlfriends!

Guy 3: because i hate skinny guys, if u dont have muscles u gotta at least have meat is what i always say. if that wasnt an issue for me i would've chose Guy 2, but hes a bone. Guy 1 is short and skinny and a lies about stupid things. he has to be the worse one out of the 3 of them

Hypothetically guy 3 is the one I would pick, but I am a 6' tall woman! Most men shorter than me would not give me a second look! ( I know as this has happened my whole life since 14 years old!)
