I heard this along time ago and was curious if anyone else had. I don't care if there is sawdust in it, I'll still eat the whole box in one sitting. Plus they're delicious w.chocolate soymilk.

no there is not sawdust in the cheerios it is just from the cheerios rubbing together in the box and what looks like saw dust is really little crumbs from the pieces.

Lol, I haven't heard that before. But, they are yummy. Even if there is sawdust in them.

I highly doubt it, but it sure looks like it at times. Shredded wheat also.
