Question

I've been looking for this one hair tool that I used to have when I was a kid, but I can't remember the name of it, and searches to find it on the internet have been futile. I've posted a link with a rendition of what it looks like, a la paint. You put your hair in the round part, at the nape, flip everything around, poke a hole in the hair at the nape, and bring the rest of the hair through. Any women want to tell me what this thing is called?

I used to do my hair like that, but you can also put hair in a low, mid, or high pony tail loosley...split the ponytail in the middle with your fingers and flip the ponytail through that split and If I read your comment correctly it should be that same style. Although you could probably make one of those gadgets from some flower wire and flower tape from the craft store? Hope that helps it was a cute/quick hair do!

Yes I know exactly what you're talking about I actually have one myself but I have no idea what it's name is..We always call it "the thing"....
I'm sure though if you go to a salon or sephora or something like that you can get one and they'll definitely name it for you..

oh, I had one of those a long time ago! I've been kind of looking for one too. I think we called it a hair flipper? I don't actually know if that was the real name, but...yes. Shouldn't be too hard to make yourself, if push comes to shove...
