im getting divorce but i dont want marriage

By the gf applying for a visa just like everyone should be doing to get into the country.
You may not want marriage - which is most def. your choice - but that doesn't mean that the American government is going to just allow her to live here because that is what you want.
There is a process that everyone is SUPPOSE to go thru. My suggestion is that if this type of arrangement is what the gf is wanting - she best get busy with the paperwork.

Then you can do nothing about it. Only she can, by seeking a visa on the grounds of employment or study. If you wrer going to get married it would be different.

Why not move to the Phillippines instead? I'm sure they'd throw a shrimp on the barbie for you, or whatever they do there.
