No, you can't. The most common size for after-market stereos is known as DIN; you can find single-DIN and double-DIN sizes. DIN is approximately 7" x 2". You can find adapter kits that will make a single-DIN fit in ALMOST any vehicle, but there are a few that would require a custom-built dash to replace the factory radio with an after-market. Double-DIN replacements won't fit in most older American cars; they'll fit some newer American cars and many imports.

yes is the simple answer, but you have to remember mounting positions for head units, amps and speakers . Voltages are also important , most autos run 12 volt but you can get 24 volt and 6 volt systems

Yes aslong as it will fit if to small for onening they sell converter kits where you purchase car equipment for audio.
