It is WAY to soon to take her away from her mother. She should be at least 8 weeks old before going to her new home. Puppies eyes open at 2 weeks, but they do not start to see very well until 5-6 weeks.

Way too young to be removed from mom at a month of age.. Wait at least until she is 8 weeks old. Their eyes open around 2 weeks, but they only see shadows and
it's not til around 4 or 5 weeks when they are seeing fairly well. The longer you leave him the better. People tend to think that they get a puppy younger and they can train it easier. He isn't ready for people training yet, he still needs to learn from mom..

4 weeks is far too young to be taken away from Mom they are still weening the pups at this age, and the pup is still dependant on mum. At 6 weeks the pup will be self sufficient, and is the earliest to be taken from mum - but not recomended as they still learn from mum and brothers and sisters for their social aspect. 8 weeks is best.

At 4 weeks pups eyes are fully open although a little Bluey (have a blue haze still), and they can see, although usually they don't appear to be able to see as well as an adult dog. By 6 weeks they should be fully alert.

most likely not, the melanin need time to fully develop. its kinda like a human baby. when they are born they have blue eyes but as they get older their eyes can change to brown, green, etc. the only dogs with blue eyes are malamutes, huskies and a few more. blue eyes in dogsisn'tt that common.

well if you took her at any age under 6 weeks, then she is probably still getting used to life w/out her mother. So her eyes will be fully developed in about 2 weeks.

Yes. It's too early to take from it's mommy. Her eyes should have developed by now. Consult your vet. She could have been born with some sight problems. Good luck!

3 months is the ideal time to take a pup from its mother. A good breeder would have a pups eyes tested if it showed signs of trouble.
