I would assume that they use the office dumpster, unless they wanted to take the trash for some reason. After all, that is what a dumpster is for. If office cleaners are taking trash with them, you might want to consider being more diligent about shredding sensitive documents.

I am pretty sure that they don't take the garbage with them unless the office dumpster is locked. What would they do with the garbage? Use it as bedding? If you are implying that you are untrustworthy of cleaners then don't get your office cleaned, and clean it yourself!

It depends on their agreement with the customer. Most will use the office dumpster as it is more convenient for them.
