They may not be mean and annoying. They probably just get confused when you say something, kind of like I am now by your question.

I have two sisters myself and when one of them is acting up and the other one is acting nicely, it's even more important to put effort into fostering a relationship with the one that is difficult, because it's only going to get worse if you alienate one of your sisters

ignroe them if thye are trying to agravate you, or talk to them when they are in a quiet mood about how to all get along.
