I would put into it, all the things I wanted my family and friends to know. I would have my will in there. I would explain my will, why who was given what. I would thank all those relatives and or friends who had helped me (maybe, just in chatting with me) through life. I would thank a lot of people for their part in my life. I would give instructions as to how I expected my funeral, etc. to be. It would take a lot of stress off the person who had been designated to take care of my remains. I would give instructions as to where I had paid for these instructions to be carried out, or I would leave the cash for it to be done. I would ask everyone to be happy, and to have a 'celebration of life' party for me, and not a mopey funeral.

Last will and testament / you can get the forms from a stationery store, but they also need to be notarized.
