If she knows about it then all you can do is admit to the mistake you made instead of getting her more upset by lying.
You have to work hard at working things out and try and gain her trust again. Get lots of chap stick and pucker up because you'll be kissing her a*s for awhile.

You couldn't just had sex with your girlfriend?
If your girl takes you back are you sure you won't do it again?
Just tell her you were horny and it was just sex and it didn't mean anything. But chances are and i'm sorry she won't take you back if she had any real self respect.
