Right now China need a very very good Research & Development, After many China Cities increase their minimum salary the next logical step would be to come up with their own technology and brand image.

1. Arts(Ideas) and Technique
Arts(Ideas) means: R&D, All Designs (architecture,interior design,fashion, products,addvertisement, computer game programme design....)
Technique means: English speaking : Mechanist, Electric Engineers, Chefs, I.T...
* These are the booming careers and hot jobs for good salary now.
2. Doctor & Teacher
We always consider doc and teacher are very important, but unfortunately and sadly, they are still under very low pay.
3. Simultaneous Interpreter for Conference
This is really a hot job that can make big money.
