Which of the existing religions do you most respect, and why?

Of the great religions of history, I prefer Buddhism, especially in its earliest forms, because it has had the smallest element of persecution.

Yes, I associate myself most closely with Buddhism, because it is open and accepts everything this world has to offer, without judgment.

I think that many, if not all, religions have some elements of superstition and dogma. But I do not regard religions in general as forms of superstition or dogma. There is much more to a religion than that. Religions offer models of reality - ways of viewing the world, and methods for getting along in that world the best way possible. I see them as all paths to the truth, if walked with sincerity and altruism.

I most respect the religions that are tolerant of other religions. I too like Buddhism. I am a Hindu, so of course I like Hinduism too. ;-)

No. I regard most religions as belief systems that help some people cope with the unknown and fear. I also regard some religions as methods to keep control of certain segments of society.

Of the existing religions, I respect early buddhism as well. It is the most tolerant.

Yes, I have a great deal of respect for Buddhists. Religions who treat all other religions with no respect such as the majority of Christianity I view largely as cults, not religions.

Yes. If they were not based on superstitions they might count as philosophy. Buddhism approaches that but still holds some strange ideas about afterlife and spirits.

I respect any religion that seeks peace and acceptance of all of God's children. I am not sure that any of the currently existing religions do that.

I feel that people create their religions to try to explain the things that they can't understand. I respect people of any religion as long as they don't use that religion to try control their society.
