What are there advantages and disadvantages to users (if had)?
Are those shoes perfect for regular daily running and walking?

The Nike Air Max 360 seems very popular with the younger crowd. A number of my cousins and their friends love the shoes, and I'm guessing that it has more to do with the design that the actual quality of the shoes. Personally, I don't see it, but they all claim the Nike Air Max 360 looks very cool. And let's face it, Nike makes great commercials. Heck, even I considered buying them when I first saw them.
As far as I heard, they are decent shoes. They seem to deliver in that they are comfortable to wear. The main disadvantage that I ever heard was from marathon runners who say their shoes wears out fairly quickly. Since these shoes are in the $150 range, that can be an important factor to some. Otherwise, they seems like perfectly good shoes.

My friend had em, it didn't take long for the air thing to pop and they aren't that comfortorable... I don't see any style in them anyway, Shox look way cooler, or Free's

my opinion is if you like them then buy them after all your one who is gonna have to wear them.
