Vietnamese translator.....please translate these words!?

La. ng qua. ng =the dot is suppose to be below the "a"

Lu.p chu.p= again the dot is under the "u"

Lo^ng bo^ng= accent above the "o"

qu?a quye^/t= there is a do sac above the 'e'

Lạng quạng=clumsy
Lụp chụp=I understand but can't find an English equivalent; it probably means like lạng quạng, almost.
Lông bông=aimless, wandering
Quả quyết=determined
