Why not, we all have questions. And now when you ask a question you may get an answer. But I don't think that phrase is geared toward this. It is more geared toward the presuit of knowledge. If you wish to search for something the best way to find it is to learn more about something in turn gaining more knowledge about new and different things. Gaining that help you find what you were looking for! Have a good day.

It's perhaps the opposite; in other words, if we don't question,
ask questions and do somthing to find the answers, the science, the steps we need--we're guaranteed nothing can ever happen that's positive. That answer covers refusing to think, closing the mind, refusing to accept an answer that doesn't agree with prejudices.
My maxim would read, "Don't seek--and you're guaranteed not to find."
So the answer to your question is yes and some no.

Each of us should be seeking how we can escape the calamity soon to be visited upon the earth. The Apocalypse or Armageddon will be here before we know it. Are you seeking Jehovah? Do you want to survive?
Zephaniah 2:1-3
Matthew 7:7
Who can teach you about God? Acts15:17 The ones Jehovah calls by his name. Jehovah's Witnesses.

I think you might be right.

"Seek and you shall find" that ignorance is sometimes infinite.

"Seek and you shall find" that some people were born with no sense of humor whatsoever.

"Seek and you shall find" at least one person that you can annoy.

Just having fun at the expense of others is a reason also.
To Riel against God is another reason.
