Well u can start by portioning ur meals ! Like 2 mini meals.3mini meals,4mini meals ,5 mini meals, and 6 mini meals! These will help u lose either 5 or 10 pounds more! Remember dont snack with junk in between! OnLy Snack in with Healthy foods! Also 3 day,4 day,5day,6day ,and 7 day exercise is important!

There is no easy way to lose weight. With diet and exercise, you should lose about 2-3 lbs a week, so for 5 lbs about 2 weeks.
The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you eat. You should focus on whole grains (whole wheat bread, pasta, brown rice), lean meats (ground turkey, chicken w/o skin, cuts of meat with the word 'loin' in it) and lots of fruits and veggies.
You also have to work out. If you only eat broccoli all day everyday and don't try to burn it off, you would still gain weight. You have to burn off more calories than you eat.

Double the amount of water you drink, the amount of vegetables you eat, cut out something high in calories, ie sugar in your tea or butter or something like that and do 30 minutes exercise 5 times a week. It doesn't matter how long it takes to lose it, it's how long it stays off for that counts.

Do not eat bread, carbs or sugar. Eat a salad every night with grilled chicken, a shiskabob sounds good right now. Drink lots of water and stay away from the sweets and after you lose the five pounds you c an reward yor self with a small pie or something.

whatever you do don't crash diet. you may lose weight but its gunna come right back just as fast. you can probably loose it in 2-3 weeks with healthy exercising and eating
