SOMEONE HAS YOUR RESULTS>>> They are read by a doctor within a day or so then sent to your PCP... your doctors office is slacking...AGAIN... go up there and get your results yourself if they are too busy to give them to you on the phone.. you can have a copy of all your medical records by law....EDITION: I would change Doctors.. they obviously have no concern for your symptoms that you went there for... Which by the sounds of it... could be serious... at least they should address your concerns professionally.. I would get new PCP and referral to a neurologist... Goood Luck.. hopefully it was normal.. and thats why they didnt bother getting back to you.. just poor patient care.. by far...

I had two MRI's on my brain about a year and a half ago. They also had to do with my vision. The first one only took about 5 days and the second one took 2 weeks. However, it most likely depends on the doctor's office and how many other patients they are looking after at the time. I know you are anxious, but don't worry too much!

Iam not suprised you are worried. Your results should be ready now, they are read by a radiographer and a doctor then a report sent to your consultant (or referring doctor). Get back on the phone and insist on the results. it is likely that the news is good as I would have thought if they found anything worrying they would have contacted you right away.
I had thyroid tests done at hospital and the lab rung my gp to notify him they were abnormal. Make an appointment to see your gp if you dont get the results soon or if your symptoms worsen. He/She may be able to hasten the results.

My friend had one recently and kept pestering the doctors and the hospital to get her results - it still took around 7 weeks for her to be told there was nothing wrong with her!! Its a disgrace!!
Good Luck with your results xx

The normal time for results where I live is 5-10 days.
You better chase up those results, sounds like they've been lost.
Good luck.
