It shows animated cells and how they prevent viruses from entering the cell if the cells are communicating properly from a strong immune system.

My kids have perfect attendance record in school because they simply are not getting sick from the proper nutritional tools.

Most viruses that cause stomach flus are not airborne, so you would have to ingest some of the virus particles in order to become infected. Someone who is infected with a stomach virus usually will shed the virus in their vomit or feces. If they used the bathroom and did not wash their hands well enough it would be possible for them to have the virus particles on their hands. They could then spread the virus through direct contact with another person, touching doorknobs, utensils, etc. and leaving the virus on the surface for someone else to pick up, or even preparing food for another person.
In order to keep yourself from catching a stomch virus the most important step you can take is to keep your hands clean and away from your face. The virus must be injested, so if you are touching your nose, mouth or eyes with dirty hands you could potentially be infecting yourself.

Any flu is caused by a virus. You can get a virus by touching a surface that has the virus deposited on it (like a door knob, counter top, shaking hands, leaning up agains the wall, etc.) and then touching the inside of your nose, rubbing your eyes, or putting your fingers in your mouth.

Other viruses are airbourn, and you can get sick by breathing it into your lungs (that's why Mommy always said cover you nose and mouth when you cough and sneeze).

I believe that the stomach virus is one that you get from surfaces, and is not airbourn.
