Do you think a guy is gay if he dress's up in womens clothing but dates women?

Nah.
Just means he likes to cross-dress now and then.
Considering women wear traditionally male clothing every day, I don't see why a man can't wear traditionally female clothing.
You're only gay if you're attracted to men. That's it. Nothing else makes you gay, just like you're only left-handed if your left hand is dominant.

I'm going to answer this question even though I'm pretty darn sick of hearing it... gay means being attracted to the same sex, tranvestite means dressing up as a woman but can be attracted to either sex, this is also known as cross-dressing, a transsexual is a person that has had an operation to become the opposite gender and oddly can also be attracted to either sex. If a guy dresses up in womens clothes, it doesn't automatically make him gay, but it does make him queer. Queer is a generic term used to describe anyone that is not straight, not conventional and/or republican... j/k about the republican part, believe it or not there are queer republicans and they're scarier than hell... and it's not because they're queer. I know this sounds a bit complicated; it's not. Just think Dennis Rodman and feel free to puke.

Maybe. Depends. If he has his hands in his back pocket, and walks like a girl, then that is one of the easiest ways to tell. Another way is if he has his right ear peirced. And if his hair is long. All those r the easiest way to tell if a guy is gay. I know many gay guys, and that is the easiest way to tell. Check those, if not, then he is most likely straight. Maybe. I have also seen guys in girl clothing, and they either didnt know it, or they were gay. Really, check all these things. GL!
