I have one right now that is ok but i want to get a new one and i'm just not sure what to look for cause there are so many brands i just dont know what to pick. help me please!

I'm in the beauty business their are SO many flat irons out there however ther are several that are BETTER than any store brand CHI is the best one out there and usually costs around 99.00-125.00 Goldwell has a Titanium iron that usually costs about 100.00-150.00 you can get the flat irons by special order at a beauty salon or check a discount beauty store you do get what you pay for...

i use a paul mitchell flat iron. My hair gets really frizzy and big when it drys and this straightener helps A LOT. If it can make my hair smoother, it can help anyone.
