1) Bake her a cake
2) Go to a spa and get her a $30-$60 gift card
3) Make her dinner

I'm a mum and just the thought of not cooking would be lovely take her to lunch, and put the tenner towards it.Ask her to come and watch you play football first, and then as a suprise take her down the pub. Even if its for a pub lunch she will love it. And try and make a card tonight, even something simple, its the thought that counts. Have a good day

Get her a CD of her fave type of music, clean up the house so she can relax and enjoy her special day. Get her an aromatherapy gift basket, some floating votive candles and run you mom a really warm bubble bath and just give her some peace and quiet so she can unwind and chill for a bit. when she finishes her bath tell her how glad you are that she is your mom and say that you are the luckiest kid alive.
Let her know that no matter what kind of day you are having shes still the best part of coming home.

Saturday night if your mums not going out get her a take away or if she is going out with friends give her your tenner say have a drink on me for mothers day an give her a hug,you can print mothers days card out on computer .

Make her breakfast and let her have it in bed
Bake cookies
Get flowers from your garden and wrap with colorful paper

Nothing, what have moms ever done thats so special. All they do is stay at home and have fun with the kids all day while the man is out working hard to feed his family. I'm sorry but being a mother is easy, its easy to give birth, easy to do a little cooking now and than and its very easy to have fun with the kids at home all day.
