You should always tip your waitress for good service in the restaurant. And if you tip her well, you can feel good about that experience and be fairly sure that the next time you eat there, if you get her as a waitress again you will get great service again.

Yes, you should. You didn't need to leave her a tip for the one night stand, but you should leave a tip for the service every time you go to the restaurant. If you go to a restaurant and your mother is the waitress, you should leave a tip (if the service is good). Doesn't matter what the relationship outside of the event is - if you are eating out, and the service is good, you should recognize that financially.

Work skills and what a person does when off duty are two separate issues. Even though I don't agree with casual sex just because of disease issues alone, doesn't imply anything about work habits. If you are having second thoughts about this woman, why not try asking her out again and see if she's changed her mind about just having casual sex, especially if you really like her for other reasons. Otherwise, tip her for good waitress service and move on to someone new because this doesn't sound like a positive long term relationship for you.

Business you had outside the restaurant stays outside the restaurant. You brag about giving her good sex. Sounds as if the service there was mutual and you two are even.
If her waitress service was good, you should tip accordingly.

You should tip any person who serves your meal. It is their job. Your activities outside the restaurant have nothing to do with it; when you are in the restaurant, you are a customer and the waiter/waitress gets paid for service.

I'd imagine it depends on her level of service as a waitress. your previous social encounter has very little to do with your business relationship. if she waits on you well go ahead and tip her, if not... don't. you don't owe her tips because you had sex. that would be tantamount to prostitution and I'm sure she would rather you just kept the two apart .
good luck.

If you believe that the sex you gave her is going to put food on her table or pay her bills, then by all means, don't tip her anymore. You sound like you think way too much of yourself for your own good, or anybody elses for that matter.

Was the service good? (Both in the restaurant and out?)
Plan on hitting that again?
30% if yes, 15% if no.

Just because she was such a "gentle-woman" not to tip you for having sex with you, it does not mean that you (gentleman ?) should not tip her after having get a great service, as you say.
