A little background first. My father died when I was 11, My mother and stepfather both have cancer, and my stepfather is having further medical problems with circulation. I haven't had a steady girlfriend in years, and am still horribly bitter towards the longest lasting.

I have been told I have a type A personality except for my certain sensitivities.

I seem to think that I feel like I am partially female. Things bother me, people call me ultra sensitive, and I get bothered by decisions I make. I second guess myself constantly to make the best decisions, instead of just making one. I'm afraid about how I'm going to succeed in the future by what Im doing in college.

How does one harden up to become a man. I'm sick of not being taken seriously.

I think wanting to change yourself is bad on your part, I believe that you should learn to understand yourself and control your emotion instead of thinking your over sensitive. instead Of Changing into someone your not. you need to step back and examine why certain things make you feel that way, and then what i do, is tell my self when i begin to do an action, or feel an emotion I do not agree with to stop, relax and examine a more suitable way to handle the particular situation, all you can do is try but please I suggest you never allow other to change who you are.
