your mom was overreacting, so what if you slept without panties? as long as another person wasnt in the same bed or room, its completely ok

do you mean sleeping naked or sleeping in pjs without knickers underneath? either way, whats that got to do with your mum! theres nothing sexual about what clothes you (don't) sleep in unless theres someone else your sleeping with!

If you're serious, tell your mom it is healthy for you. If she doesn't believe you get your doctor to tell her, face to face or by doctors note. Truly it is healthy.
