Tapas are Spanish, and here is a quick list of some good ones. Look them up on Metromix.com to see which you might like.
Twist - my fav, great sangria
Cafe Iberico - authentic
Cafe Ba-ba-reba - nice location in Lincoln Park
Sangria - club like atmosphere; lots of different types of sangria

There are plenty of others, so you might want to do a search. Emilio's has been around the longest, but I've never liked their food that much.

Tapas are Spanish. You may want to brush up on your cultures before you ask for the tapas menu at a Mexican restaurant.
